• Curated bar stories and educational content.
• Premium subscription with access to exclusive content and features.
• The ability for Premium subscribers to submit original cocktail recipes for review.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase a subscription.

4. Premium Subscription

One Dash Event offers paid Premium subscriptions on a monthly or yearly basis. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected billing period.
• All payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as Merchant of Record.
• Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@onedashevent.com.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. User-Submitted Content

Premium subscribers may submit original cocktail recipes for review and potential publication on the Platform. By submitting content, you:

• Confirm that the content is your original work and does not infringe any third-party rights.
• Grant One Dash Event a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish the submitted content on the Platform.
• Understand that submitted recipes are subject to editorial review and may be modified or declined.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on One Dash Event — including text, images, recipes, designs, and code — is the property of One Dash Event or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

All cocktail recipes and bar content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. One Dash Event is not responsible for any harm, injury, or damage resulting from the preparation or consumption of alcoholic beverages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, One Dash Event shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or its content.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to access Premium content will cease immediately. Refunds upon termination for policy violations are not guaranteed.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

12. Governing Law
